For the base: – 1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or vanillin
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 5 tablespoons of plain yogurt
– 175g of flour (approximately)
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Preparation:
1. Mix the wet ingredients:
– In a bowl, break the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.
– Add the oil and yogurt while continuing to mix.
2. Add the dry ingredients:
– Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
– Mix everything together until you obtain a smooth, lump-free dough.
3. Bake:
– Pour the batter into a non-stick skillet and cook over low heat.
– Cover the skillet with a lid and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cake is cooked through and golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.
– You can garnish with powdered sugar or fresh fruit to taste.
Note:
– If the mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt.
– If you don’t have vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract.
