Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
