3 cloves garlic (chopped or crushed)

 

3 tbsp olive oil

 

1 tsp dried oregano

 

1 tsp dried thyme

 

½ tsp fine salt

 

¼ tsp ground black pepper

 

Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

 

Yogurt sauce option: 100g natural yogurt, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice
