2. How to prepare the mixture of garlic, honey and cloves

Required ingredients:

  • 3–4 cloves garlic (peeled and finely chopped or crushed)

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 5–6 cloves (whole or ground)

Method of preparation:

  1. Crush the garlic and let it sit for about 10 minutes to activate the allicin.

  2. Mix the garlic with the honey in a small glass jar.

  3. Add the cloves and mix well.

  4. Close the jar and let the mixture sit for at least 24 hours to extract the maximum nutrients.
