200 g ground almonds or other nuts of your choice

2 ripe bananas

100 g oatmeal (finely ground)

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork or hand blender until smooth.
