I’ve been dreaming about these steaks ever since I tried them at my neighbor’s: sometimes tender, sometimes juicy, and it turns out they’re also very easy.

The steaks are lightly sprinkled with lemon juice, black pepper and salt, dipped in flour and fried in hot fat.

 

When serving, drizzle with melted butter and garnish with fried potatoes, stewed carrots, boiled rice, peas, green beans, or a fresh tomato and cucumber salad.
