Japanese Cheesecake (Cheesecake Soufflé)

Ingredients

250 g of fresh cheese, such as Philadelphia

50 g butter

100 ml of milk

6 eggs (whites and yolks separated)

60 g of flour

20 g of corn starch (cornflour)

120 g of sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

Icing sugar (for decoration)

‍ Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan-assisted).

Prepare a round (20 cm) baking tin and line it with baking paper.
