1 cup of hot water (250 ml)

1 tablespoon of fresh or dried lemon balm leaves

1 teaspoon of pure honey (optional)

Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

Heat the water, but don’t let it boil.

Add the lemon balm leaves, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.

Strain, add honey and lemon juice, and drink warm.

How to Use:

For liver detox: one cup on an empty stomach for 15 days, rest a week, then repeat.
