Instructions:
1. Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
If you want a spicy kick, add finely chopped green chili or pepper.
2. Slice the tomatoes:
Wash and slice the tomatoes into thick rounds. Arrange them on a plate.
3. Combine:
Pour the dressing over the tomato slices, making sure each piece is coated well.
4. Rest and serve:
Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors blend.
