Hello, friends! Chicken eggs are probably one of the most popular and affordable food products. In stores, we can find them in a huge variety – from the smallest to real giants, with designations such as C2, C1, C0 and even B (highest category).

 

But let me share with you something my friend who works on a poultry farm told me – something that made me look at eggs in a completely different way.

 

What do the different categories mean?

The best eggs are those marked C0 – large, selected, with a good appearance. Above them is the highest category B. But even though they seem to be of the highest quality, many who work on the poultry farms themselves avoid buying these eggs – even when they are offered to them at a big discount.
