Instructions:

 

 

1. Cooking the chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear it for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

 

2. Preparation of the sauce: In the same pan, add the chopped garlic and fry for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then mix.
