Perfect Brookies: Brownie + Cookie

Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Add the sugars and mix well.

Add the eggs one by one.

Then add the flour , cocoa and salt .

Pour the batter into a square mold (18 cm) lined with baking paper.

Cookie Dough

85 g of flour

80 g of soft butter

70 g brown sugar

30 g caster sugar

1 g of salt

1 egg

2 g of baking powder

70g chocolate chips
