Potato, Camembert and bacon beef Tart: The Comforting Winter Dish

Warm up with this delicious tart that combines the softness of Camembert, the sweetness of potatoes, and the crunchiness of meat. Perfect for winter evenings, it will bring comfort and happiness to your table!

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients :

 

– 200 g of Camembert

 

– 250 g of bacon beef

 

– 3 potatoes

 

– 1 shortcrust pastry

 

– 1 onion

 

– 3 eggs

 

– 200 ml of fresh cream

 

– 100 g of grated cheese

 

– Salt and pepper

 

 

 

Instructions :1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). This will ensure your tart cooks evenly.

 

 

 

2. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Plunge them into a pan of boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

 

 

 

 

 

3. In a skillet, fry the bacon beef and chopped onion over medium heat until golden brown. This will add an irresistible flavor to your mixture.

 

 

 

4. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a tart tin and prick the bottom with a fork to avoid air bubbles.

 

 

 

5. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.

 

 

 

6. Place a third of the potato slices on the bottom of the pastry, then add a little of the bacon beef and onion mixture and a few pieces of Camembert. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.7. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top, then sprinkle with grated cheese for a golden, crispy finish.

 

 

 

8. Bake your pie for about 30-35 minutes, or until it is golden brown and the filling is set.

 

 

 

9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to blend and the pie to stabilize.
