INSTRUCTIONS:
– Filter 1 cup of water (for best results, use cold, filtered water) and bring to a boil.
– Mix the boiled water with the sugar substitute and stir until dissolved. Pour into another cup or bowl.
– Mix half of the gelatine packet into the boiled water mixture and stir.
– Cool the mixture until it gels.
– Tightly seal the prepared gelatin, as well as the remaining
This mixture should be taken every day for about 30 days. After a week, the pain should subside. For extra flavor, you can add honey, juice, or yogurt.
