There are no tricks, no gimmicks, these are all the ingredients: water and gelatin…

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

– Filter 1 cup of water (for best results, use cold, filtered water) and bring to a boil.
– Mix the boiled water with the sugar substitute and stir until dissolved. Pour into another cup or bowl.
– Mix half of the gelatine packet into the boiled water mixture and stir.

 

– Cool the mixture until it gels.
– Tightly seal the prepared gelatin, as well as the remaining

This mixture should be taken every day for about 30 days. After a week, the pain should subside. For extra flavor, you can add honey, juice, or yogurt.

WHY IS THIS MIXTURE EFFECTIVE AT RELIEVING PAIN?

 

It’s simple. Our bodies are made up of bones, cartilage, collagen, and tendons; consuming gelatin (after digestion) can effectively reduce the amount of inflammation in these areas of the body. Additionally, gelatin contains properties that are beneficial for the immune system.

The anti-inflammatory properties of gelatin are great for painful conditions like osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
