500 ml of lukewarm water
650 to 700 g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 sachet of dry yeast (10 g)
3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
Preparation Steps

In a large bowl, pour the lukewarm water and add the yeast. Mix and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes , until the mixture foams.
