Sugar-free apple, cinnamon and lemon jam: a healthy and energizing delight

1️⃣ Prepare the apples

Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.

 

2️⃣ Cook

In a saucepan, add the apples, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

Cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, until the apples are tender.

 

3️⃣ Mix or crush

Blend for a smooth texture, or mash with a fork for a more rustic version.

4️⃣ Put in pots

Pour into sterilized jars while still hot, then seal tightly.
