In a small container, we begin our incantation. Hydrate agar-agar or plain gelatin with 60 ml of water. Mix and let the hydration magic work.
In a saucepan, combine 400 ml of coconut milk and 120 ml of water. Then add the bitter cocoa and mix.
Add agar-agar or natural hydrated gelatin to the previous mixture. Mix again to incorporate well.
We bring the pot to medium heat and, with patience and love, we stir until the preparation begins to boil.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it into a silicone mold that has been greased to make it easier to remove. Prepare the surface well.
